Sponsorship Opportunitys At Nylander Motorsport, we endeavor to provide the maximum amount of exposure for both our team, and most importantly our sponsors as possible. We are working towards building the team into its own corporate identity and being able to give our sponsors more for their money. Nylander Motorsport is rapidly becoming known throughout Australia as one of the most, if not the most professionally run, and promoted speedway sedan race team in the country. We will work as hard as I can and do whatever necessary to make your investment as worthwhile as possible and to maximize the benefits for your company. If there is anything you would like us to do that will bring more benefit to your company, for example; handing our pamphlets to the crowd, displaying the car at your business or even selling your products at the track (if permitted), the team is quite glad to do whatever it takes to help you. Listed below are most of the benefits in which, as a sponsor, you are entitled to. If there are any additions you would like to submit, we are more than happy to hear your suggestions and work with you to implement them into our marketing strategies. Print Media Exposure The team has planned to purchase promotional postcards displaying information about Nylander Motorsport and also listing our sponsors. These postcards will then be distributed to fans throughout Australia and are a great way to provide exposure for the teams sponsors. Nylander Motorsport endeavour to keep all of our fans, sponsors and the media alike up to date with all the happenings within the team on a regular basis. A team media release (displaying all sponsor logos) is distributed after each race meeting or event held throughout the racing season. At the current time this newsletter is distributed to over 150 homes Australia wide. These numbers are expected to increase as the team's fan base increases. Exposure on the World Wide Web www.ozlatemodel.com details the progress of the Pro Dirt series and is updated on almost a daily basis. Nylander Motorsport have also created a strong relationship with the creators of this site and have been assured that we will be involved with the site throughout the racing season. Pit Crew Apparel/ Promotional Clothing Any additional promotional clothing that you may supply for the team members to wear can be arranged. Nylander Motorsport is more than willing to promote your business by wearing promotional clothing wherever possible. Other The Nylander Motorsport Late Model sedans will be available to be displayed at sponsor premises or at car shows throughout the season with prior arrangement with team management. The team trailers are basically moving billboards displaying our sponsor's logos to thousands of potential clients on the way to each race meeting. Seeing the cars being towed to the track has attracted a large amount of exposure for not only our team, but more importantly our sponsors. This exposure reaches far beyond most means of advertising as it advertises the product directly to a very diverse range of consumers. Nylander Motorsport can arrange for promotional flyers, stickers or give-aways (supplied by sponsor) to be handed out to spectators at each race meeting. We may even be able to sell your products at the track with prior arrangement with event promoters. Free tickets can be supplied to major sponsors for major events throughout the season (numbers will be limited prior arrangement with team management is necessary). Signage on each side of a Late Model has different benefits. For instance if your business decided to put their logo on the left hand side of the car, your logo would be visible in most of the photos which would be published in magazines, media releases and different publications throughout the season (as they are taken from the infield). Whereas if you chose to have your businesses logo on the right hand side of the car, there wouldn't be as many photos with your logo visible, but on race day it would be the most visible signage to the crowd and therefore generating publicity to this audience. If your logo was displayed on the front of the Nylander Motorsport Late Models it would be visible to the crowd from almost anywhere around the circuit, and also would show on most photos published. As sponsorship is advertising, it is 100% tax deductible!! So this means, not only do you get your name on an award winning racecar and a year's worth of advertising, but it will also save you money. All of the sponsorship options below can be mixed and matched, so you can basically place your logo wherever you feel it would best benefit your business. Single Event Sponsorship Packages Late Model racing in Australia will be reaching to new heights in the coming season with plans for racing in the Eastern states and Adelaide. Nylander Motorsport may attend major race meetings outside of Western Australia, and in this case separate event sponsorship will be made available to businesses seeking to further promote themselves outside of WA Event Sponsorship Packages may also be made available for major events held in WA such as the 4th Annual Australian Late Model Sedan Championship and the Western Australian Title. **All sponsorship packages are open to negotiation with team Promotions Manager, David Nylander.
